Workshops and retreats are a great way to learn and create new possibilities within a safe, stimulating environment while tapping into the positive energy shared by all participants. Workshops are available for either a broad audience or a specific team.

I also partner with yoga, fitness, and wellness centers to provide workshops as part of their self-care wellness learning series. Workshops can also be tailored for a personal life event or milestone such as a birthday, bridal shower, girls’ night out, etc.
