Journaling, a practice rooted in self-care, can be a helpful way to work through and understand your grief, provide comfort, and honor the person who died. Whether your loss is recent or some time ago, this workshop will take you through healing-oriented writing exercises to inspire hope and peace as well as offer a tribute to your loved one this upcoming holiday season. Spend an afternoon within a tranquil, supportive setting and with others who understand. Leave uplifted and encouraged.
